I'm not so sure about the main color of the layout XD, but it's pretty right... maybe the background image... maybe a unit color would be better... I'll think about it while I'll try to make a decent header... XD
The main theme, however, it's clear: White Collar. \O/ It's my last addiction. lol. XD
