Hello dear Our Participants!
Finally here we are with the rules for this year contests .
We will have 1 contest for drawings and photos and 1 contest for fan-video so if you are interested in those you can check the rules to apply here .

Contests are open to everyone.
 

As for cosplay contest we won’t have one because we don’t want people to quarrel or be unhappy about these kind of things like it happened last year. We would love for you to come with your costumes and if a good number of you does we will find a way to have you do a runaway during the convention, but without winners or someone judging. Whoever wants to do a cosplay is welcome  but only for the fun of doing that and share it with other participants.

As for the Karaoke night everyone has been asking, we don’t want to say anything yet because we’re not in the habit of promising things we are not sure we can deliver, but rest assured we always listen to you and your wishes and we will try to make this possible. You will have to be patient till the convention and find out there what we could organize for your fun!

As for the cosplay contest but there will not be none, because people do not want the bickering and get angry for such a thing as happened last year. We will be very pleased if you come with your costumes and if you do it in a sufficient number of you will find a way to make a nice parade during the convention, but no winners or anyone to judge. Anyone who wants to make a cosplay is welcome but keep in mind that it only does for fun and to share the experience with other participants. Instead

regarding karaoke that many of you have asked us, we can not tell you anything because it is not our habit to promise that we're not sure you can keep, but you can rest assured that we always listen and fulfilling your wishes and we will do our best to make it possible. You just have to be patient until the convention and find out there what we have organized for your entertainment!

news that's great Both Supernatural Because we all love and are happy for the prospect of another season but sad because this will cost us the presence of one of our guests.

Due to forthcoming work engagements Eric Kripke won’t be able to attend JIB CON 2 .
Eric sends his apologies for not being able to keep his commitment to all of you, but as disappointing as this news is, we confide in your understanding, because in the end his job will provide all of us many more hours of entertainment.

And this is the message Eric has personally written to all of you JIBcon paritcipants: Hey everybody. So it pains me to say this, but unfortunately, I'm not going to be able to make it to the Rome convention. I just have too much work on my plate-- between Supernatural and a few other projects I got cooking (stay tuned! New crap coming soon!). Believe me, this is a huge disappointment for me-- I was looking forward to meeting you all, as well as eating embarrassing amounts of great food and drinking near fatal amounts of great wine. But I'm sure you'll have a wonderful time-- and we're sending out many other Supernatural ambassadors who are much better looking than me, anyway. Anyway, please accept my apology, hope to catch you at another convention in the near future, and most of all, thanks for being a fan-- you guys are the reason we love doing what we do. In these past months lots of you have asked if there was a possibility to have more single photo ops with Jared and Jensen , so we’ve tried to make this possible and thanks to some switching from double to single we can offer again a few single photos for both guys.
They’re a very limited amount because we still want to keep up the double option for those who are saving funds to get it but nonetheless those of you interested in single photos will have a shot in getting one.

It’s not possible to divide the contribution anymore so if you book any of the photo ops please remember you need to transfer required money within 3 days.

Jared single photo ops will be 85€
Jensen single photo ops will be 85€

As for all photo ops availability here is a general info you may find useful:

Single photo ops will be available for the booking from Saturday 29th January from 03.00pm .

About passes we’re here to inform anyone who wish to hand theirs to someone else that they will have time till March 5th and no longer than that.
We are sorry about this but we need to set this deadline because these past months have proved very very challenging with all the requests for exchanges, for transfers etc…
Very few people take the time to read rules to proceed with the transfer and follow them , we end up writing 10 or more emails to straighten things up for 1 change and that’s hindering our regular job quite a bit, and that’s not fair to people who are not interested in this.
Also we want to avoid making mistakes but if things go on like these past weeks we will be bound to make some and that’s not something we are keen on happening.

So please be warned about this:
- YOU NEED TO TELL US TO WHOM YOU WOULD LIKE TO HAND YOUR PASS BEFORE THE 5TH OF MARCH
- YOU CAN’T TRANSFER ONE PHOTO OP OR AUTOGRAPH SIMPLY BECAUSE YOU’VE DECIDED YOU DON’T WANT IT ANYMORE . HANDING THINGS TO OTHER PEOPLE IS JUST A WAY TO HELP THOSE WHO UNFORTUNATELY CAN’T MAKE TO THE CONVENTION.
- YOU NEED TO FOLLOW THE PROCEDURE CORRECTLY BECAUSE OTHERWISE WE WILL NOT AUTHORIZE THE CHANGE

We Are Not Trying to be mean or unhelpful But we need to stick to this or we will not be Able to Provide this service any longer.

in recent months many of you have asked us if we could have other photo single op with Jared and Jensen , so we tried to make it feasible and reducing the number we can put some double again available to a small amount of individual photos with both actors.
This is a very small number because we still have the option to leave the double for those who are saving to book, in this way, however those interested in photo ops will have another opportunity to obtain individual one.

Remember that you can no longer split into two parts the contribution of any photo op and that the share must be paid within 3 working days.

The single photo op with Jared will be from 85 €
The single photo op with Jensen will be from 85 €

Regarding in general the availability of photo ops here are the ones left a scheme which we hope will be useful: photo op

Very few people bother to read and follow the rules on how to go about , so we have to write 10 or more emails to attend to only one exchange and it is disturbing not just the regular work for the convention , which is not right also in respect of the majority of the participants in this aspect is not interested.
also do not want to make mistakes in the management of the pass, but if things go and how long it would be inevitable in recent weeks, and it is something that we are not willing to let happen.

So please be careful what follows:
